Order Processing
Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15km of the Melbourne CBD. We are unable to delivery to PO Boxes. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. We will require a mobile number just in case we can't find you.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping
Like you, we hate when deliveries go awry. All orders are shipped with Australia Post — we don't use those *ahem* other companies. Although we'd love to, we do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
Shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Everything else
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@melbournecondiment.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
